PNB MetLife has launched a new healthcare policy called Mera Heart and Cancer Care (MHCC) health insurance plan on the occasion of World Cancer day on 4th February in Hyderabad.
According to authorities of PNB MetLife, the new plan is a non-linked and non-participating health insurance plan and it is a tailor made product that provides comprehensive cover against all stages of cancer and heart diseases.
The insurance plan along with its flexible and customized coverage offers special benefits for women with special premium rates. The customization in coverage comprises of payouts at different stages of the disease ranging from mild, moderate and severe, no survival period clause, additional monthly income option, waiver of premium, return of balance premium option on maturity, Life Cover and Terminal Illness cover to protect one’s family.
Speaking on the launch, Khalid Ahmad, Head-Products, PNB MetLife said, “At PNB MetLife, we have always designed our products keeping in mind the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our survey revealed that 61 per cent of customers wanted a plan that will cover cancer plus heart. Additionally, customers are looking for death benefits in such products.
