InClinition focuses on regulatory affairs at the national level workshop held at Ali Allana College of Pharmacy

InClinition views that training in regulatory affairs the future. In this regard it organized a national level workshop held at Jamia Islamia Isha Atul Uloom’s Ali Allana College of Pharmacy, Akkalkuwa, Dist. Nandurbar.

The theme of the one-day workshop was ‘Career Launch Pad to Regulatory Affairs’. Amrit B Karmarkar, Director, InClinition, Mumbai provided a detailed insight on the topic. The workshop covered different topics on targeting jobs in regulatory affairs, writing CTD and DMF dossiers, USA (FDA), UK (MHRA), Australia (TGA), and India (CDSCO) regulations. Exercises and demonstrations based on these topics provided excellent guidance for the participants.

Karmarkar is currently heading regulatory and medical affairs department at InClinition, a Mumbai-based pharmaceutical and clinical research service organisation. He is also a Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer and guided many students to seek openings in the pharmaceutical industry.

Maulana GM Vastanvi Sahab, President of Jamia Islamia Isha Atul Uloom was the patron for organization of this workshop.

Dr. GJ Khan, Convener and Principal, of Ali Allana College of Pharmacy, Akkalkuwa, Dist. Nandurbar said that this was a first of kind workshop being organized in the north Maharashtra region. The national level workshop helped students of M Pharm and B Pharm to understand related to field of regulatory affairs and job perspectives. Prof. Siraj Shaikh, Co-convener was the co-convener for this workshop.
