Aster DM Healthcare showcases future of healthcare at the Kerala Digital Summit 2018

Aster DM Healthcare has highlighted that the telemedicine and virtual clinic will be the future healthcare platforms that will bring in patient accessibility and convenience for immediate medical attention.

At the Kerala Digital Summit 2018 held at Kochi, Kerala on March 22 and 23, 2018, Aster created a booth built in the form of Time Tunnel that used a design taking visitors through the future of healthcare. It depicted telemedicine and virtual clinic in the year 2020 with a live display of a patient cart and a virtual reality experience zone that showcases telemedicine. The Aster Infinite, which is an app integrates appointments, prescription, remote monitoring using telemetry devices and promotes wellness.
 
For the year 2025, the healthcare provider provides a virtual reality experience zone that showcases how wearable technology will change the healthcare experience. The zone also highlights technologies like scan devices and mirrors, 3D printing and organ tissue development where exciting developments are taking place today.
