iPharma India launches Pharmabiz Hospital Review, a fortnightly

iPharma India Ltd, an upcoming media company has launched a fortnightly newspaper, Pharmabiz Hospital Review on November 1. The publication takes a close look at all the developments in Indian healthcare industry with a special focus on Hospital Management. iPharma already publishes the highly successful Chronicle Pharmabiz, a weekly newspaper for Indian pharmaceutical industry for about two years. "The recent entry of big business houses like Tatas, Reliance, Piramals and Infosys into healthcare sector is a clear indicator of the vast potential of this sector holds. Apollo, Escorts and Wockhardt have been already into hospital segment for some years and have now drawn up massive expansion plans," says P.A.Francis, the Editor in his note in the inaugural issue. "Hence we felt this is absolutely the right time to come out with a publication like this," Francis said, adding that Pharmabiz Hospital Review would leverage the strengths of its sister publication. Though the newspaper will mostly report on events happening in the hospitals, nursing homes, pharmaceutical industry and other aspects of healthcare, it will also have certain special features to be written by practicing doctors and hospital managers.
