Building on the Cook organization's recent success in obtaining a national accounts contract with Premier Inc. for Cook Incorporated's diagnostic and interventional products group, Cook Group Inc, announced that Wilson-Cook Medical has signed a two-year agreement with the group purchasing arm of Premier for a broad offering of gastroenterology products.
This new agreement became effective January 1, 2003, Hughes explained. It provides Premier members with access to a wide range of interventional medical products and services offered by Wilson-Cook Medical, a leading international manufacturer of medical devices for the treatment of diseases of the digestive tract.
"Wilson-Cook's agreement with Premier will help Cook bring new minimally invasive disease management technology to Premier's diverse hospital group," said Hughes.
Wilson-Cook Medical, a Cook company, works with top medical research facilities, teaching hospitals and leading specialists around the world to provide innovative, physician-conceived, custom-crafted medical devices to health care providers in gastroenterology.
