Arvind Remedies reports 19% jump in turnover

Chennai based Arvind Remedies Limited has reported a 19 per cent jump in turnover at Rs.120.93 crore as compared to Rs. 101.80 crore in the previous year. Net profit has increased by 11. 5 per cent to Rs. 2.64 crore from Rs.2.37 crore recorded during the previous year. “The new products launched in the last two years, viz, Pankare, Sorexil and Solufat in the Ayurvedic segment have been well received in the market. We have set up a new R&D facility to expand our business opportunities in the Ayurvedic segment,” Arvind Shah, Managing Director and CEO maintained. The company is expected to shortly launch new formulations for the management of pain and inflammation, bronchial asthma and nephrology.
