After taking rich experience as a medical representative to being all India sales manager in reputed companies like Cipla, Lupin, Plethico group, he has started his own venture called Austin Health Care.
Initially, the company was started in a rented two-room premises at Navi Peth, Pune with concentration on mainly institutional business in Maharashtra. Thereafter operations were extended to other states like Karnataka, Assam and other states on promotion-cum-distribution basis.
Two to three years earlier, the company commenced ethical marketing in Maharashtra. At present, the company has field strength of 60 people and the total employee strength in the organization is 85.
Mahavir Dipchand Gadiya has also received the "Rajiv Gandhi Award" two years back for his individual consistent performance during tenure of his education, services and own business. The company has also developed its own office facility of 3,000 sq. ft in Hadapsar and shortly the company will be further expanding to the additional office premises of 4,000 sq ft. with all modern amenities and facilities.
Austin Health Care is expected to cross a turnover of around Rs 3 crore during the current year with an ambitious plan of targeting Rs 8-10 crore during the next financial year. The company also aims to expand its product range to 55 products, from the current 27.
Austin has planned to start its own manufacturing unit as per WHO standard during next year. Recently Austin Health Care has also received reorganization of ISO 9001: 2000 company, certified by American Quality Assessors.
To meet the ambitious sales plan during next year, company is involved in continuous planning of addition of products, expansion of field strength, development of infra-structure for office administration, manufacturing and distribution network.
