Hyderabad-based Vimta Laboratories has opened a clinical reference laboratory, Vimta-Dolphin Clinical Laboratory, at Vijayawada on Sunday. The company, offering research and testing services in pre-clinical, clinical and analytical testing, had opened its first regional laboratory in Chennai on June 27. After the Vijayawada outfit, the company also planning to open a clinical reference lab in Visakhapatanam by the end of this month.
The company sources informed that these two clinical reference laboratories in AP are being established as part of the company’s expansion programme, which is aimed at bringing the world-class research and testing services to patients at district level.
