J S Shinde, president of Maharashtra State Chemists & Druggists Association (MSCDA) has been unanimously re-elected hon. gen. secretary of All India Organization of Chemists & Druggists (AIOCD) for a second term. RB Puri, president of Rajasthan Chemists Association has also been elected unopposed for a second term as president of AIOCD. The elections were held at the XIV BGM at Hotel Sayaji, Indore on 8th & 9th November 2003, for the term 2003 – 2005.
The AIOCD is the largest trade organization representing nearly 6 lakh chemists all over the country.
The president and secretary have appointed P K Das, Orissa as organizing secretary and Vinay Shroff, Maharashtra as treasurer of AIOCD for the term 2003 – 2005.
