UAP launches postgraduate course in pharmacy

The University of Asia Pacific (UAP) is going to offer a one-year Master of Science Programme in Pharmaceutical Technology in Bangladesh from Spring-2003 semester, says a press release. The UAP was the pioneer in the country to launch undergraduate course in Pharmacy in private sector and this department has become one of the best departments of the university in terms of qualified teachers, well-equipped laboratory and other logistic facilities besides congenial academic atmosphere. A comprehensive and well-designed curriculum for the programme has already been approved by the University Grants Commission. Classes will be conducted in the evening to facilitate pharmaceutical professionals. Admission for the programme is currently underway and a four-year Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy from a recognised university is a pre-requisite for admission.
