A group of homeopathic physicians are developing a new software, tentatively named as ‘Vitalquest’ to help doctors delve deeper into their patient’s malady. It is expected to become available in about two months. Dr Rajan Sankaran, the founder of Homeopathic Research and Charities (HRC), who heads the development team, made this announcement at a seminar held in Mumbai last week. Educating the audience on the application of the software, taking his theory into consideration, Dr Rajan said that the main aim of case-taking was to reach what is non-human specific in each patient. Clarifying he said, while noting down a case the patient will obviously begin with the name of his main physical complaint. But it is from here that one has to cut through the various levels and reach the levels of sensation and energy. While traversing through the various levels one has to pick up peculiar symptoms and sensations like words or expressions that have the potential to lead to the other level, said Dr Sankaran. Says Dr Paresh Vaswani, who was briefly involved in the formation of the software, “The software would be unique in a sense that it helps in directing from symptom analysis to system analysis. It is a software that points to the Kingdom and Miasms rather than to the symptoms only.” According to Dr Vaswani, Vital Quest would function as a watchful guide as one works through the case. It would point out to the significant words which one is supposed to be looking and not otherwise. Simultaneously, it would also suggest the appropriate question during the case, thereby guiding it deeper down to the sensation level. Dr Rajan Sankaran, noted homeopath and founder of Homeopathic Research and Charities who pioneered the study on the different levels and was instrumental in the formation of the level of sensation and level of energy, presented live inspirational cases in support of his theory which was well understood by the gathering that consisted of medical students and teachers from India and abroad. The annual event, which is being held in coincidence with the 25th death anniversary of Dr P Sankaran, noted homeopath and teacher of homeopathy at the Homeopathic College (Bombay), would give the medical students and doctors a unique opportunity to travel with the world’s finest homeopaths through the stepwise reproducible System of Homeopathy.
