Eon Labs announced that the US District Court for the Southern District of New York vacated the preliminary injunction granted to GlaxoSmithKline related to Eon Labs' Bupropion HCl, ER 100mg tablets. The preliminary injunction was granted on December 29, 2003 and later temporarily stayed by the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on January 12, 2004.
