The Public Issue of 3,433,500 equity shares of Rs.10 each by Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals has been oversubscribed 7.31 times at the close of bidding on April 5, 2004.
The issue has received good response from investors. The bulk of the bids have been received at the higher end of the price band i.e. at Rs.175 per equity share.
