The board of directors of Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. will meet on Sunday, April 25, 2004 to adopt the audited financial results of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2004.
The board would also consider recommendation of dividend on the equity capital for the financial year ended March 31, 2004.
