IDMA GSB, JB Chemicals donates computer centre for BJ Medical College

The Gujarat State Board of the Indian Drug Manufacturers Association with financial support from the Mumbai-based J B Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals has donated a full-fledged computer centre to BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad. The computer centre with 20 computers with required IT infrastructure and furniture was donated to the Medical College at the request of Dr. Sadhanaben Joshi-Dean, B. J. Medical College. The Centre was inaugurated by Amarjeet Singh, Health Commissioner-Government of Gujarat, on June 27, 2004. Congratulating the donors J B Mody and DB Mody, directors of JBCPL and Kamlesh Udani, then chairman of IDMA GSB, the Health Commissioner, while speaking at the occasion, said that this computer centre is for the under graduate students and thereby, they could upgrade their knowledge in the field of medicines. Dr. Sadhanaben Joshi presented vote of thanks.
