Family Health Plan Ltd, India's premier Third Party Administrator has been awarded the ISO 9001: 2000 certification for establishing a quality management system for providing Third Party Administration services in the area of Health Insurance.
TUV Industrie Services GmbH, Germany in recognition of the company laying down quality processes for the efficient management of customer's 'Mediclaim' policies, issued the certification, a release said here.
During its 22 months as a licensed TPA, it has expanded from 12 locations to 23 offices spread across India. It has one of the largest provider network of 2200 hospitals and is servicing mediclaim premium in excess of Rs 200 crore, the release added.
Speaking on this occasion, APV Reddy said, "It is a momentous achievement for the company and recognition of our efforts to provide our customers with the best service and ensuring quick and accurate settlement of the claims."
