The Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India and the Hyderabad-based Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnotics (CDFD) are organising a meet on 'New Frontiers in Medical Diagnostics' on september 15, 2004 at Hyderabad.
The secretary, DBT and chairperson-Governing Council of the CDFD, prof MK Bhan is to attend the meeting. Dr Seyed Hasnain, director of CDFD; Prof P Balaram of Indian Institute of Sciences, Bangalore; Dr Bala S Manian of ReaMatrix, USA are also to take part in the event.
