Dr B Parthasaradhi Reddy (Hetero Drugs) has been elected as the president of the Bulk Drug Manufacturers Association (BDMA) at the 13th AGM recently held at Hyderabad. Dr Reddy had been serving the Association as senior vice-president in the past.
The executive committee that has been selected for the year 2004-'05 headed by Dr Parthasaradhi Reddy include- M Narayana Reddy (Virchow Labs) as senior vice presdent, NR Munjal (Ind-Swift Labs) as vice-president (North), P Mukherjee (Process Chemicals) as vice-president (East), S Abhaya Kumar (Shasun Chemicals and Drugs) as vice-president (South), Syam Agarwal (Sekraria Chemicals) as vice-president (West).
Other office bearers include M Jayant Tagore (Synthokem Labs), secretary, B Srinivas (Fleming Labs), treasurer and VV Krishna Reddy (Sri Krishna Pharma), joint secretary.
