The Academy of Intellectual Property Studies, Mumbai will hold a five day workshop on patent fundamentals and practice from February 13th to 17th, 2006. The workshop is organised in affiliation with the Indian Drug Manufacturers Association (IDMA).
The workshop aims to provide a basic understanding of patents to professionals in the course of their work. The subjects to be addressed at the workshop include patent basics, Indian Patent Act, patent filing, patent specification drafting, claim interpretation and patent exploitation, informed organisers.
