Vicki Treadell, deputy high commissioner, made welcome address. Anil Kamath, Senior VP, Business & Development, Wockhardt Hospitals made presentation on 'Healthcare in India-Overview of the current scenario, major forthcoming projects and introduction of new technologies.'
Dr Sandeep Shah, managing director, Tarilian Consulting Ltd, UK made presentation on 'Changing face of Medtech sector in UK and India-Opportunities and imperatives for growth.' Mike McCurry, Treasurer, UK eHealth Association and Peter Ellis discussed about 'eHealth: The paradigm shift.'
One to one meeting also took place between mission members and people from Indian healthcare industry.
