B Sethuraman, the president and S Lakshminarayan , the Secretary of the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association of Tamil Nadu (PMA-Tamil Nadu) have been re-elected for the same positions of the association for the next two years.
The 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of TN PMA, held in Chennai has elected T Munaswamy Naidu, Managing Director of Romet Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. and M D Varadarajan of Kniss Laboratories, replacing Dr. K A Narendranath, as Vice Presidents for the period 2006-08. R Murugan, Managing Director of Cassel Research Laboratories has been selected for the post of Joint Secretary and SMK Kechaanirajan, Director of Tanmed Pharmaceuticals as the Treasurer for the second consecutive term.
