The company manufactures a variety of dropper sets with various polymers, sizes & colours of Rubber Teats, Caps and Plastic Tubes (Droppers). The graduation mark on the dropper, varies from 0.1 to 1.0 ml and its length from 46 to 90 mm which enables the customer to use as per his desire from 10 to 60 ml volume bottles, with various neck sizes of 18, 20, 22, 25 & 28 mm. Individual dropper assembly packing is done by Form Fill Seal Machine in totally hygienic packs, under desired air/temperature conditions.
The company also manufactures Glass Dropper Sets as per customers' requirement. Rubber Stoppers available out of Butyl, Bromobutyl, Chlorobutyl, Silicon, Neoprene, Nitrile and natural polymers in various sizes and colours having minimum ultra violet light absorption, reducing substances and maximum percentage of light transmission are the salient features of the stoppers.
A Modular Clean Room - 2003 as per schedule M of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act has been set up at the state-of-the-art Rubber Stopper Plant at Pandhurna in Madhya Pradesh to process Sterile and RFS Stoppers. The rooms are of Class 100 norms supported by class 10000. A fully automatic PLC Controlled Bung (Stopper) Processor has been installed for sterile operations. RFS / Sterile Stoppers are packed into suitable "Sterile Bags". Stoppers for large volume parenterals: Manufactured in various sizes 28 mm, 31 mm, 32 mm, 34 mm for I.V. Glass containers and 30 mm Rubber Discs for plastic bottles. For I.V. Closures, the company offers the most advanced formulations of butyl, chloro and bromobutyl compounds, besides rubber components for Dental Cartridges.
Diagnostics rubber teats, rubber tube & rubber stopper, rubber wads: In SBR, Butyl, Nitrile and Natural polymers are available in different colours and sizes with or without PVC film laminations plus. Plastic measuring cups, spoons, applicator for gel & tablets.
