TSA's new facility to commence operation by November

The Mumbai based TSA Process Equipments Pvt Ltd (TSAPEPL), an AS group firm engaged in the process piping needs of the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries, will be setting up a new manufacturing unit at Palgargh, near Mumbai. According to the company, the proposed facility will come up in an area of 75000 sq ft. The manufacturing facility at Palgargh will have two sheds and two buildings to house its growing requirements. One of the building houses the research and development (R&D) centre for the development of new products. The new facility is expected to commence its operation by November this year. However, the company refused to reveal investment of the proposed facility. In an email reply to Chronicle Pharmabiz, Apurva Shah, managing director, TSA Process Equipments Pvt Ltd, said, "The new manufacturing facility at Palgargh is expected to commence operation by November. And once the new facility triggers operation, the company's all Mumbai units would be shifted to there." Shah added, "The company has an export growth of 300 per cent lined up this year, which would enable it to achieve the target of US $15 million from domestic and international sales." The company, which has been maintaining a 100 per cent annual growth rate, is expected to maintain the growth with the commissioning of the new facility. The product range of the company comprises of tanks, pumps, heat exchanger, valves, tubes and fittings and CIP systems. TSA, which is engaged in the design, finishing, welding and process engineering, utilizes the latest CAD technology and equipments in the manufacturing process. TSA Process Equipments Pvt Ltd supplies its products to major pharma companies like Nicholas Piramal, Sun Pharma, Strides Arcolab Ltd, Symbiotec Pharmalab, Aurobindo Pharma and Fresenius Kabi.
