US Embassy in Delhi, in association with KPO Consultants is holding a conference on `protection of intellectual property and leveraging its strengths' at Chandigarh on October 27.
The conference will focus on creating awareness about intellectual property and its various facets while detailing the types of protection available under different IP laws. It also shed light on promoting respect for IP while explaining how commercializing IP can help organizations grow.

The conference will be attended by Lawyers, IPR experts, knowledge management executives, patent process outsourcing companies, academicians and students, the organizers said. The topics to be covered will include IP in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, trademark and geographical indications.
