Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd has received 54,89,536 equity shares of Zenotech Laboratories through preferential basis at a premium of Rs 150 per share. This allotment worked out to 16 per cent of the equity share capital of Zenotech. Ranbaxy has received intimation from Zenotech regarding allotment of the aforesaid shares on November 26, 2007. Currently, the Zenotech scrip is moving around Rs 145-150 on the BSE.
