ICRI opens admission for part time PG diploma in pharmacovigilance

Institute of Clinical Research India (ICRI), India's premier institution in clinical research studies, has now opened admissions for its recently introduced one year (part time) PG Diploma in Pharmacovigilance. The course begins on February 2008 at Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi and Ahmedabad. The course content will include the basics in pharmacovigilance, adverse drug reaction reporting, signal detection systems and pharmaco-epidemiology. The highlights of the courses is a free ICR (UK) membership where students will be eligible to give an examination and will be awarded an ICR (UK) certificate on passing the examination. Students can also benefit from the partnership with the largest clinical trials laboratory in UK. There will also be regular workshops, pre-clinical site visits and a well-equipped library.
