Srishti Software ties up with Vinayaka Mission Hospital to install Paras HIS

Srishti Software has inked a pact with the Vinayaka Mission Hospital, a 410 bed super-specialty tertiary care facility to install the hospital management system (HIS), Paras. The tertiary care centre is the first corporate hospital in Salem, located on the National Highways (NH-47) at Seeragapadi on the Kovai-Chennai highway. Paras is Srishti's next generation healthcare solution suite. It supports modern healthcare services and additional future-proof delivery models and emerging trends that would soon become indispensable to the sector. The solution is a one-stop technology for healthcare. With this tie-up Srishti Software will completely automate the registration, billing, pharmacy, wards, blood bank, clinical system, Management Information System and Support Service Management at Vinayaka Mission Hospital. All the modules are a part of Paras Hospital Information System. The investments by Vinayaka Mission for the installing the software is around Rs 45 lakh. The installation will be completed in four months, informed Ajay Shankar Sharma, CEO of Srishti Software. The registration module tracks the revisits of patients and bills them accordingly. The complete investigation, diagnosis and rate list will be entered in the database to make the work easier for the person sitting at the counters. Through the automation of Stores, Pharmacy and Wards the entire process will become integrated and the patients will be able to move seamlessly within these departments. Srishti has plans to widen its geographical reach in the health care sector in India by 2008. It plans to focus and expand our reach in the US market by the year 2009-2010. In this regard, channel partners are appointed in India and the company is in the process of appointing the same to extend its presence in South East Asia and Middle East markets. For these marketing initiatives, the company has slated investments close to $5 million in 2008-2009, stated the Srishti Software chief.
