Bangalore-based Medybiz, India's leading health service provider announced the launch of Medygift, a comprehensive package of personalised health care service for Indians abroad to help monitor health of their family in India. Medygift incorporates minute details for medical assistance such as round the clock 24 hours medical services, personal 'Medycare' assistant on call, free comprehensive annual health check-up and consultation with medical specialists. Medygift is available at an annual payment of US $249.

Medygift package deal comes with a 6 in 1 offer: Personal Medycare Assistant (24 hours on call), Medycheck (a free comprehensive annual health check-up), Medyconsult (free consultation with medical specialists - four free consultation with medical specialist plus six free home visits by panel doctors in a year), Medycard Gold (personalised medical health card ensures a host of benefits from Medyshop), Medycredit (Rs. 1500 monthly line of credit for all healthcare purchases made on Medyshop & Medylab, which would be delivered home free of cost) and Medyinsurance (mediclaim insurance and priority escort hospitalisation).
Medybiz, set up in January 2000, has 38,000 registered customers. Around 1,000 customers access services everyday. There are 10,000 doctors from 30 different specialties on the panel.
Medybiz offers its services in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The company plans to have a base in Pune, Jaipur, Kolkata, Kochi, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Madurai, Lucknow and Indore.
