"We are pleased to participate in this year's Asia-Pacific Clinical Trials Congress. We decided to lend our support to this year's Congress following our meeting with Ashwani Kumar, Minister of State, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, where we discussed the growing market opportunities in India. When we decided to launch in Asia-Pacific and started with India, the response from pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in India was overwhelming. As a result, we have extended our reach in India to support customers in Asia-Pacific and have been awarded many new business engagements by a number of the leading large sponsors in the region," said, Jim Walker, chairman and chief executive officer, Octagon Research Solutions, Inc. "As different regions and countries adopt new standards for electronic submissions, it is critical that they begin with a thorough knowledge of the entire submission process. I am pleased that our team possesses the expertise to assist organisations with the adoption of these standards and we look forward to sharing our practical knowledge gained from the production of over 850 global electronic submissions to date," he added. Octagon will be exhibiting and demonstrating two of its integrated solutions, ViewPoint Quantum and ViewPoint FUSE at the congress.
