Clinical Research Education & Management Academy (CREMA) has introduced the Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research Management (APGDCRM) course. The one year post graduate diploma includes not only Clinical Research module but Clinical Data Management, Pharmacovigilance and Management & Soft skill module as well. This first of its kind comprehensive course in India will introduce Leap Learning System.
Along with the main course modules of clinical research, the APGDCR programme will incorporate key management topics like Modern Principles in Management, Organizational Behaviour Studies, Finance, Human Resources Management, and Outsourcing Vendor Management. There also will be special emphasis on Self Management & People Skills, Communication, Project management, Business Communication & Business Etiquette, will be a part of the curriculum.
CREMA is introducing Leap Learning System which will achieve three bench marks of specially designed one-year curriculum which will cut excessive syllabus and will emphasise on substantive learning, and thus accelerating the learning process for faster career growth and success and ensures learn faster and earn faster. The inclusion of exclusive Management Module and soft skills will provide the students the much needed inter-personal aptitude, dynamism and confidence to face the corporate world of Clinical Research. It will give finishing touch required by a professional. The industry endorsed courses will be updated regularly to help students aligned to the industry.
Admission for one year full-time APGDCRM programme is on all CREMA campuses at Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad. Candidates should be graduates and post-graduates in life sciences, medicine, homoeopathy and Ayurveda.
