In fact, media reports are talking about the increasing occupancy rates in hospitals on a daily basis in the city. To enable the medical fraternity contain the increasing menace of these seasonal diseases, Super Religare Laboratories has launched a special drive from this month wherein results of tests related to waterborne diseases are being made available the same day during this critical phase to provide better management of patients suspected of being afflicted by these infectious diseases. The tests are conducted at all Super Religare Laboratories in the city. The advantage at the SRL is that it delivers the result on the same day so that the patient can be given proper treatment in time. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Sanjeev K Chaudhry, CEO, Super Religare Laboratories Limited said, "All test reports would be available in a matter of few hours from the time of giving the sample. It is our small contribution to the laudatory efforts that the medical fraternity is putting in to keep Mumbai healthy during the monsoon."
