The K-120i is a horizontal intermittent-motion cartoning machine suitable for a wide variety of applications in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic & FMCG industries. The K-120 can effectively carton bottles, blisters and tubes. The K-120 is designed for quick changeover, thus making it flexible for a variety of products. This innovation from ACG Pampac has a leaflet insertion attachment and can be integrated with camera systems from ACG Inspection to enable on-line checking of the contents and bar code, an insurance against any leaflet or carton mix-up.
The SLV sleeve cartoning system is yet another innovation from ACG Pampac, capable of inserting blisters into a sleeve without end closures or tuck-in flaps at speeds of 300 sleeves per minute. The sleeve carton innovation is ideal for Confectionery & OTC products, which require shelf impact at supermarket shelves. Sleeve cartons have already made it to the market with chewing gums & cough lozenges.
