MECHTEK is the first Indian company to manufacture laboratory blister packing machine (R & D model), Ezee Blist. The Ezee Blist blistering machine, with its practical and compact shape, is suited for the production of industrial quality blisters for clinical trials, stability testing, marketing samples and small batches to carry out in R&D laboratories or pharmaceutical plants. This innovative blister machine, equipped with cam mechanism, can produce from pre-cut foils high quality blisters both in PVC- ALU, PVDC - ALU, ACLAR - ALU and ALU-ALU.
Operations such as thermoforming of PVC, cold forming, sealing /coding/perforation and punching are carried out on the same machine due to a rapid and simple change of tools and without extra keys or experienced staff. This machine is suitable for packing of tablets, capsules, ampoules, vials, syringes, confectioners and cosmetics. The standard output is 1 blister 90X150mm per stroke in ALU - ALU and 2 blisters 70x100mm per stroke in PVC - ALU. On demand, tailor-made projects can be developed according to the customer's real needs, manufacturing change parts with different blister dimension/ configuration/quantity.
