New X2´s columns from Rosalina Instruments

The Mumbai -based Rosalina Instruments,which has been a major partner in the field of radiotherapy quality assurance and radiation protection for over two decades, has unveiled  new X2´s columns    used in x-ray equipment as well as  in other medical equipment.

X2´s columns are built on extremely stiff aluminium tubes and long life sliding pads,combined with a  tight tolerance assembly. The columns perform a stable, reliable and maintenance free guiding system without any play.

Lifting columns are designed for medical, ergonomical, aesthetics and industrial application. These are available in push or pull version. A customer  can get the columns with potentiometer or encoder for positioning or parallel run of two or more columns. In case a customer does not  find a column in standard range, the company will be customising it for his needs.

Patented Drive  using dual screws and one motor features a combination of minimum retracted height and large stroke length – retracted height = half stroke + 160mm. Due to the company's choice of top of the line components, the drive presents the best performance regarding force, speed and noise of columns with dual screws on the market.

The X2 components satisfy medical standards such as EN 60601, UL 2601 and medical product ordinance safety features are considered part of standard requirements.

For best functionality and to achieve ergonomic work positions, X2’s columns are ideal to make workstations height adjustable. The workstations are made with a standalone column or two or more parallel run columns.

X2´s columns have become an integrated part in many industrial applications. Rosalina  columns are often used as a complete system together with control units and accessories.
