Venus Remedies wins India Manufacturing Excellence Award 2011

Venus Remedies, a leading research based global pharma company, has emerged as a winner of 'Silver Certificate of Merit' in the Economic Times' India Manufacturing Excellence Awards (IMEA), 2011 held in Mumbai. The company has bagged this award for its Baddi unit, based on the assessments conducted at the site and whetted by the jury of Economic Times' IMEA 2011 in partnership with Frost & Sullivan.

Ashutosh Jain, executive director of Venus Remedies Limited said on winning this prestigious award, “This award is recognition and acknowledgement of our high standards in terms of our manufacturing practices, quality, regulatory approvals, significant investment on our state-of-the-art R&D centre, well equipped facilities and fine infrastructure. Out of 103 shortlisted companies, 35 were conferred with this prestigious award under various categories. Besides this, Venus has recently won the prestigious LACP's (League of American Communications Professionals) Global Communications Competition, the '2011 Spotlight Awards' for its annual report and also bagged 'Patent Award' in Gold category by Pharmexcil.
