IMCD to buy Organotec's fine chemicals distribution in Italy

IMCD Group B.V., the Netherlands-based leading company in sales, marketing and distribution of speciality chemicals and food ingredients, reported that its IMCD Italia S.p.a., has entered into an agreement with Organotec S r l to acquire their fine chemicals distribution in Italy. Organotec will be fully integrated into the IMCD Italia in January 2012.

Organotec has twenty-five-year experience in the field of special organic chemical products, fine chemicals and their correlated technologies with main focus on pharmaceutical industry.
