Endupack launches palletisation separator sheet through marketing partner DSM

Endupack, a France based packaging company recently launched its unique palletisation separator sheet in the Indian market with a view to provide an efficient and sustainable solution for handling of pharma products during transportation. The company is at present looking at exploring business opportunities in the country by way of expanding its client base in the pharma and healthcare sector along with others, through its sole marketing partner, DSM agencies.

Palletisation separator sheets made out of recyclable material are available under three categories namely Grip'N Slip sheet, Grip sheet and Grip Pad and ensures best palletisation method to prevent damages of products due to slippage or other logistic related issues. The sheets are not only cost effective but also is environment friendly and ideal for both domestic as well as international shipments.

According to Fedrick Demonfort, from Endupack, India being a pharma hub has a huge market potential that is yet to be tapped for ensuring the protection of palletised loads through its non-slip waterproof separator sheets. He said, “One of the best advantages of separator sheets is that it drastically reduces the cost incurred to a company caused due to damages to the products while in transit and also saves a lot of space unlike wooden pallets. It is a new concept in India and can be a one stop solution for all the healthcare and pharma transit related issues as it also eliminates the need for corner post, strapping and well as use of stretch film during transportation.”

He further added that, it also reduces the cost of material and freight charges and is a good option against wooden pallets which are far more costlier than separator sheets. It is also compatible with forklifts fitted with push pull attachments, roller forks and modern conveyor system.

Ganesh Ananthakrishnan, from DSM informed that at present palletisation separator sheets manufactured by Endupack is in the trial phase wherein Indian companies have shown a lot of positive response toward adopting this product which is comparatively easier and compatible in handling. He further said that over the coming months they will be taking all the possible measures to market this product across the country to sensitise the industry about this sustainable packaging solution.
