HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited (HCG) has now teamed up with the Bangalore Assisted Conception Centre (BACC), and has taken a majority stake in the company to create Milann – The Fertility Centre.
Details of the stake holding into creation of Milann were not disclosed.
HCG which is a focused cancer care major has now entered into infertility treatment space as part of its inorganic growth plan. BACC, operates four fertility centres across Bengaluru and these facilities will now come under the umbrella of Milann.
