Take Solutions to help pharma cos to implement bar codes effective from July 1, 2014

Take Solutions is on an aggressive mode to service the Indian pharma industry to meet the deadline of bar code implementation which will be effective from July 1, 2014.

The company has a range of products for the same in addition to track & trace solutions which will help the consumers to quickly find out whether the medicine is genuine or not. It also offers a comprehensive solution in  software and hardware too. These include life sciences and supply chain management solutions which are Intellectual Property (IP) embedded covering enterprise mobility, trading partner collaboration, and material tracking. In addition to meeting the regulatory needs, the company is working with a few leading pharma companies in implementing bar-coding solutions starting from raw material receipt, warehousing, dispensing, manufacturing and shipping. The details of the same were not disclosed. Pharma companies will be able to trace all raw material inputs to a specific batch of finished goods along with all manufacturing process data of the batch.

“Our solution will facilitate automate data capture at the ‘Point of Action or Transaction’ using our GEMINI NxG Mobility Solution. We firmly believe that our clients can go towards electronic record keeping (eBMR) by implementing our solution,” Ram Yeleswarapu, president & CEO, TAKE Solutions told Pharmabiz in an email interaction.
