Merck Millipore India to host 6th 'WEB of Process & Regulatory Trends’ conference on Sept 26-27

Merck Millipore India, a leading Life Science services and solutions provider, who initiated the ‘The WEB of Process and Regulatory Trends’ conference in 2002 is now hosting its 6th ‘edition  to be held from September 26 to 27, 2013 at the Ballroom, Taj Westend, Bengaluru.

The conference will be led by HS Dayananda, head,  Biopharm Process Solutions, Merck Millipore India.

The event will bring together on a single platform the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing firms, regulatory authorities, industry leaders and subject matter experts to discuss and deliberate on the current and future processes and regulatory trends of aseptically manufactured drug formulations.

The Process Solutions business unit of Merck Millipore India provides products and services that enable the biopharmaceutical manufacturers to safely and efficiently develop, scale up and manufacture clinical and commercial scale drug formulations.

The two day conference will have around 35 speakers from India and abroad to discuss current areas of focus for the industry. There would also be deliberations on challenges and developments in the manufacture of biologics, current trends in regulatory and manufacturing spheres as well as advancements in vaccine manufacturing technologies.

The conference is expected to have delegates from the R&D, Quality, Manufacturing and Regulatory Affairs departments of leading biopharmaceutical players such as Biocon, Lupin, Intas, Dr Reddy's Laboratories, Hospira, Gland Pharma, Strides, Mylan, Sanofi, Shantha, Fresenius-Kabi, Cipla, Serum Institute, Kemwell and Indian Immunologicals; to name a few.
