Acacia Research Corporation, an industry leader in patent licensing, has announced that its Accuhale LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement agreement regarding pressurized metered dose inhalers with AstraZeneca LP, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP, AstraZeneca Dunkerque Production SCS and AstraZeneca AB.
The agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
