Jiva Ayurveda recently launched four clinics in Mumbai, as part of Jiva's plan of creating a network of Ayurveda clinics across the country. With these clinics located at Andheri (West), Kandivali (East), Thane (West) and Mira Road, Jiva Ayurveda has marked its entry in the state of Maharashtra.
Through its clinics, Jiva Ayurveda offers ayurvedic treatment services for lifestyle and degenerative disorders such as diabetes, joint pain, skin disorders, obesity, etc. Jiva Ayurveda also runs the world’s largest teleMedicine centre that offers ayurvedic consultancy and treatment services to its patients across 1500 cities and towns in the country.
In its second phase, Jiva plans to open clinics in Pune, Chembur, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, Nagpur and Nasik. The organisation is looking forward to open 25 more clinics across India in the next year. With the launch of the new clinics in Maharashtra, Jiva Ayurveda now operates a chain of 25 clinics spread across nine states in India.
Announcing the launch and entry in the state, Dr Partap Chauhan, director, Jiva Ayurveda said, “Jiva Ayurveda is dedicated to bringing high quality, affordable and authentic ayurveda care to people. Dr Kuldip Raj Kohli, director of Ayurveda, Government of Maharashtra, while addressing the gathering said that with the growing lifestyle disorders in Maharashtra, Ayurveda will play a key role in ensuring complete health.
According to Dr Chauhan, “Ayurveda is the world’s oldest known system of medicine. Ayurveda strives to maintain a balance between the body, mind, senses and soul of an individual to reach a state of health. Ayurveda is highly beneficial for us as it provides us with natural, non-invasive solutions to medical issues."
He further stressed that ayurveda encompasses use of diet, herbs, colours, aromas, exercise and yoga, mind and breathing exercises, mantras, massage oils, therapeutic treatments, and lifestyle modifications as different organs of treatment with no side effects, no long-term drugs, no invasive procedures.
