This acquisition further extends VWR's capabilities and portfolio in histology, immunology and clinical chemistry across Europe.
Based in Duiven, The Netherlands and Olen, Belgium, Klinipath and its affiliates are independent providers of equipment, consumables and reagents representing a number of leading suppliers for the histology, pathology, cytology, immunology and clinical chemistry industries in addition to a comprehensive private label product portfolio of equipment, reagents and plastic disposables marketed under the Klinipath and Immunologic brands.
