NIPER to conduct 2 week course for quality assessment of drugs and pharmaceuticals

National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali is conducting a two week course under 'Indian Technical & Economic Co-operation (ITEC)-2012 and Special Commonwealth Assistance for Africa Programme (SCAAP) 'Advanced analytical techniques: basic principles and applications for quality assessment of drugs and pharmaceuticals for export' from November 24, 2014 to December 4, 2014 at NIPER Campus.

The course is sponsored by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), New Delhi. Eminent speakers from pharmaceutical institutes, pharmaceutical industries and many technical experts on instrumentation will be delivering the lectures during this course.

Around 17 participants from countries around the world like Armenia, Sudan, Myanmar, Kenya, Egypt. Guayana, Uzbekisthan, Mongolia, Jordan, Zimbabwe And Cuba are participating in the two week course.

The inaugural function will be addressed by Prof. K.K. Bhutani, Director of the Institute on November 24 , 2014 in the Convention Centre of the Institute.
