QUICKCOAT maximizes Return on Investment (ROI) in terms of 60 per cent coating time saving, increased batch turnover, elimination of solvents, enhanced stability & increased productivity. It has been patented in many countries.
QUICKCOAT is chemically engineered with a polymer which has very low viscosity. The spraying suspension can be loaded with 20 – 25 per cent w/w solid contents as compared to 10 – 12 per cent w/w suspension in regular aqueous film coating. The reduced spraying volume reduces the overall process time.
The USP of the product is the projected inlet temperature which is as low as 48° C – 50° C. This also makes QUICKCOAT the most suitable product for low melting point drugs.
