Training Services division of InClinition, a Mumbai-based pharmaceutical and clinical research service organisation has launched e-learning portal named www.inclinition.in for training pharma students.
The portal was unveiled by Dr. Indrajeet D. Gonjari, Asst. Director, AICTE, New Delhi who said that there is need of training to pharma students. Even experienced personnel in industry need to get their knowledge updgraded.
According to Amrit Karmarkar, Director, InClinition the platform provides self paced learning to slow or speed up as per their needs. Self directed learning will provide students with content that suits their skill sets. This will help students to solve exams online, get results of them at the same time after submission. Unique feature of this portal is that students can map their own progress using grade tables, graph charts and SmartKlass interactive graphical presentations.
Further, the portal will help students to interact with their faculty 24X7 and even they can communicate with fellow colleagues using messages and chat window. This platform provides discussion platform to students where they can give ratings to discussed points and also comment on them. E-learning platform will provide teachers to create MCQ based quiz, match pairs, and file based submissions with plagiarism checks.
“It will also help teachers at InClinition to monitor progress of each and every student so as to modify learning strategy suitable for his/her need. This portal will reduce cost of learning as geographical barriers are eliminated,” he added.
