The event will be held at the Birla Matushree Sabhagrih at Marine Lines, on the 11th and 12th of April, 2015.

While briefing the programme, Dr Sreevalsan Menon, one of the organizers from Kerala, said homoeopathy system has gained increasing popularity now and there is a resurgence of interest in many developed countries. On the other hand the system is being criticized for inadequate clinical evidences in spite of considerable and encouraging research work. The practitioners, students and the followers of homeopathy are often unaware of the scientific advances in the field due to inadequate exposure.  This world conference will alleviate all such concerns and doubts among the stakeholders.

He further said the conference is designed to encourage homoeopathic and conventional doctors, all kinds of scientists and researchers, teachers and students from homoeopathic and conventional medical colleges, policy makers and medical educationists.

Authoritative scientists of basic sciences having international repute, who could bring breakthrough in the unexplored aspects of homeopathy, are expected to speak at the conference, Dr Sreevalsan said.
