GNA Patent Gurukul announces the next batch of certificate course on patent law & practice

GNA Patent Gurukul Mumbai-based patent academy has announced their 8th batch of 'certificate course on patent law & practice' from March 2016 in Kandivli (East), Mumbai.

GNA Patent Gurukul delivers one of the finest and exhaustive patent lectures and course modules among the ones currently available across the country. With emphasis on patentability assessment, patentability criteria, and patent prosecution from filing to post-grant opposition and office actions through interactive lecture has enabled GNA Patent Gurukul to provide skilled personnel in IP world. In addition, course module also deals with infringement analysis and other litigation issues.

This 3 months course is intended to converse the student in not only aforesaid areas but also inculcate to expertise through live case studies and illustrations, practical mock-assignments, case study based assignments etc.

GNA Patent Gurukul has been founded by Dr. Gopakumar G. Nair as chief executive officer, who has nearly 40 years of industry experience and has overviewed and interacted during the Uruguay round and the birth of WTO and TRIPS. Dr. Nair is a registered patent and trademark attorney with well-established name in Indian IP/patent industry, has unparallel grasp over Indian patent law. The director of GNA Patent Gurukul, Srividya Ravi is a patent agent, who is now heading the Pune operations of GNA Patent Gurukul in association with established pharmacy colleges in and around Pune. Many batches of Patent Gurukul have been held in Mumbai in the past and are being held in Pune also.

The science/pharmacy graduates or final year students or professionals, lawyers, doctors/computer professionals/R&D scientists and Ph.Ds are eligible for the course.
