ProPak Asia grows from strength to strength

ProPak Asia, the largest and most important international food, drink and pharmaceutical processing and packaging technology event in Asia will be returning for its 24th successful edition to Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bangkok, Thailand from June 15 to 18, 2016.

Taking place every year in June and connecting the world’s leading suppliers to buyers from across Asia,ProPak Asia has established itself as the numero uno industry event in Asia by consistently delivering the best and largest range of exhibitors, technology and solutions to the heart of Asia every year. ProPak Asia 2016
ProPak Asia 2016 will once again deliver its biggest-ever show on record. Presenting over 1,900 exhibitors from 47 countries, over 4,500 machines from across the world and expecting over 40,000 professional visitors across its four days.

Focused  industry zones

FIAC 2016
The 17th Food Innovation Asia Conference 2016 (FIAC 2016) to be held from June 16-18, with the topic "Food Research and Innovation for Sustainable Global Prosperity", will provide opportunity to meet and share experiences as well as strengthen networking among international food scientists in related fields from academia, government and food industries. The objective is to highlight significant developments in research and innovations in food science and technology with an emphasis on innovative ASEAN food research towards the world. The conference will feature a series of presentations and discussions in plenary, concurrent and poster sessions, informal gatherings, competitions and exhibitions.

The 4th Asia Drink Conference 2016
The Asia Drink Conference being held on June 17, is a premium event created for senior managers in the beverage manufacturing industry. The successful third edition welcomed more than 100 participants from across Asia. The conference features a combined morning programme and two parallel afternoon tracks hosting industry topics including technology, ingredients, business and marketing. Presenting excellent knowledge transfer, networking and promotion opportunities for sponsors.

Organised by Food Science and Technology Association of Thailand (FoSTAT) being held on June 17, the theme for the contest Food Innovation Contest is Modern Thai Health Food.

The topics that would be covered by the Department of Industrial Promotion (DIP) Seminar 2016 being held on June 17, are Packaging Design Trends for Halal Products and Overview of Materials Innovation for Packaging Design

FoSTAT – Nestle Quiz Bowl
FoSTAT-Nestlé Quiz Bowl being held on June 18 is a quiz competition on food science and technology subject organized by the Food Science and Technology Association of Thailand (FoSTAT), for students studying in university, college or other higher education institution nationwide. Nestlé (Thai) Ltd., has been its main sponsor since 2003.
