Bangalore Bio 2007, one of the biggest biotech event in India, will witness an unusual gathering of 11 states in the country to present themselves as ideal destination for setting up facilities and harness local talent pool for research and development in the biotech filed.
The states that have confirmed their participation are Chattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, Kerala, Jharkhand and Haryana. Key decision makers in the government are part of the delegation from each of these states.
Delegates will have the opportunity to listen to experts in the field, appreciate and absorb balanced content to make strategic decisions for the development of biotech industry in their respective states, the organizers said.
